But Lord Jesus, I choose to put my faith and trust in you. Jesus, I believe that you died for me on the cross. I believe that you were risen from the dead on the third day, that you rose to new life and that you are alive right now. I accept you by faith as the Lord of my life. And I choose from this day forward to serve you with all of my heart, with all of my soul, with all of my mind, and with all of my strength.
